1. Type of the cold storage

According to temperature:

A.High temperature cold storage(±5℃): suitable for fresh fruit and vegetables

B.Middle temperature cold storage (-10℃~-5℃): suitable for frozen food refrigeration

C.Low temperature cold storage(-20℃~-10℃):suitable for frozen aquatic products, meat

D.Frozen cold storage(-23℃ below):suitable for quick freezing of fresh food before freezing

Structure and main equipment of cold storage

1. Heat preservation material and moisture proof layer    

A.Library board: production in advance, has the fixed length, width and thickness, can choose according to the needs of library body installation. High and medium temperature cold storage generally selected 10cm thick plate, low temperature and freeze cold storage library generally choose 12 cm or 15 cm thick plate;

B.Polyurethane spray foam materials: the materials by directly spraying in the warehouse, form not bibulous, good polyurethane thermal insulation board, but the cost is higher.

C.Polystyrene fat spraying foam materials: the same material polystyrene resin plate, are formed by spraying water imbibition is strong, the polyurethane board thermal insulation is bad, but the cost is low.

2.Refrigeration systems

B.Evaporator: under normal circumstances, high temperature warehouse selection wind machine evaporator and its characteristics is the cooling speed is fast, but it is likely to cause cold products of water loss; Medium & low temperature cold storage selection of seamless steel tube is made of evaporation row tube based,  its characteristics is good thermostatic effect, and can timely storage.

C.Condenser, the condenser with air cooling and water cooling and air and water cooling way. Air cooling is limited to application in the small cold storage equipment, water cooling condenser can be used for all types of refrigeration system.

D.Other parts: temperature control machine, door lock, hinge, handle etc.
