    With the popularization of the chiller, more and more people need to have a new understanding of the chiller, chiller is a water cooling equipment, the chiller is a water cooling equipmen that can provide constant temperature, constant flow and constant pressure. Chiller working principle is to machine water tank into a certain amount of water, through the chiller systems will be cooling water, again by the water pump cooling water into the cooling equipment, chillers chilled water will heat away after elevated temperature back to the water tank, achieve cooling effect. The cooling water temperature can be adjusted automatically according to the requirement, and can save water for a long time.. Therefore, the chiller is a kind of standard energy saving equipment.

    After the liquid refrigerant in the evaporator absorbs heat from the water and began to evaporate, the final refrigerant between the water and the formation of a certain temperature difference, the liquid refrigerant to complete evaporation of gas is sucked into the compressor and compression (pressure and temperature increase, the gaseous refrigerant through the condenser (air / water) heat absorption and condenses into liquid, through the thermal expansion valve or capillary throttle into low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant into the evaporator, refrigerant cycle process is completed.

    The liquid accumulator: after the liquid accumulator is installed in the condenser, the liquid discharge tube is directly connected with the condenser.The condenser refrigerant liquid should be unimpeded inflow in the liquid storage device, so that it can make full use of the cooling area of the condenser. On the other hand, when the heat load of the evaporator changes, the amount of the refrigerant liquid need to change, at that time, the liquid storage device will play a role in the adjustment and storage of refrigerants. For small  chiller system, it often does not install the liquid accumulator,but uses the condenser to adjust and store the refrigerant.

    Condenser: in the refrigeration process, the condenser plays an output heat and can condense the refrigerant.. From a refrigeration compressor discharge pressure superheated steam entering the condenser, the in all of the heat absorption working process, including from, as well as evaporator and refrigerating compressor in the pipe by absorbing heat transfer to the surrounding medium (water or air) away; refrigerant high pressure superheated steam to condense into liquid. (According to the difference of cooling medium and cooling mode, the condenser can be divided into three types: water cooled condenser, air-cooled condenser, evaporative condenser).

     Thermal expansion valve:thermal expansion valve in the chiller system is a flow regulating valve and throttle valve for the refrigeration equipment, it in the refrigeration equipment installed between the drying filter and evaporator, the temperature sensing packet is wrapped in the outlet of the evaporator. Its main function is the normal temperature and high pressure liquid refrigerant flows in a thermal expansion valve throttle step-down, low-temperature low-pressure refrigerant vapor (mostly liquid, small steam) into the evaporator, in the evaporator absorbs heat of vaporization, and achieve cooling purpose.

     The evaporator: the evaporator is the heat transfer equipment that is absorbed by the refrigerant liquid (in fact boiling) to absorb the heat of the cooling medium.Its function in the refrigeration system is to absorb heat (or output cold). In order to ensure the evaporation process can be stable and lasting, and in order to keep a certain number of evaporation,we must keep the evaporation of the gas from the evaporation by the refrigeration compressor.

     Dry filter: in the chiller refrigeration cycle must prevent moisture and dirt (oil, iron, copper scrap) into, source of moisture is mainly of micro amount of water contained in the newly added lubricating oil and refrigerant, or due to system maintenance time gas into the water. If the system of moisture is not ruled out clean, when the refrigerant through the throttle valve (thermal expansion valve or capillary), due to the decrease of temperature, pressure and sometimes water will solidify into ice, causes the channel blocking, affecting the normal operation of the refrigeration sets. Therefore, the dry filter must be installed in the refrigeration system of the chiller.
