In the choice of the recycling type of refrigeration, the need to consider the problem is:
1.Can reach the lowest temperature. The lowest temperature can be reached at 10 deg.C lower than the required cooling temperature.

2.Efficiency. Because of the low evaporation temperature of the cascade refrigeration, the efficiency is a prominent problem.. Therefore, the number of complex elements should be reasonably selected when the minimum temperature can be reached.. The more the number of the complex element, the higher the efficiency of each part, but the difference of heat transfer temperature caused by the condensing evaporator is also more.. The reasonable choice of condensation temperature and evaporation temperature, in general, the coefficient of the same time, the system has the highest refrigeration coefficient.

      The heat transfer temperature difference of condensate evaporator has great influence on the economy of the system.The complex type refrigeration machine should follow the strict sequence when starting up.. The critical temperature of the refrigerants used in low temperature are low, at room temperature impossible condensation; and for maximum working pressure of piston compressor, usually no more than 2MPa. So, should first start the part of high temperature, until the intermediate temperature dropped enough to ensure low temperature part of the condensing pressure is less than 1.6Mpa, and then start the part of low temperature. So part of the boot, or even the lowest temperature part of the boot.

In order to solve this problem, the expansion vessel can be accessed at the low temperature, and with the pressure rise, most refrigerant enters the expansion vessel to keep the pressure within the system not too high.

    The ends of the expansion vessel are generally connected to the condensate side of the compressor suction tube and the condensing evaporator.
