Cooling principle of industrial chiller
Generally speaking, the industrial chiller contains three systems: the refrigerant circulating system, the water circulating system, the electric appliance self-control system.

Refrigerant cycle system:

     After the liquid refrigerant in the evaporator absorbs heat from the water and began to evaporate, liquid refrigerant complete evaporation of gas is sucked into the compressor and compression (pressure and temperature increase, the gaseous refrigerant through the condenser (air / water) heat absorption and condenses into liquid, through the thermal expansion valve or capillary throttle into low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant into the evaporator, refrigerant cycle process is completed.

Basic composition of refrigeration system

    Compressor: compressor is the core component of the whole refrigeration system, and also the source of the power source of refrigerant compression.. Its main function is the normal temperature and high pressure liquid refrigerant flows in a thermal expansion valve throttle step-down, low-temperature low-pressure refrigerant vapor (mostly liquid, small steam) into the evaporator, in the evaporator absorbs heat of vaporization, and achieve cooling purpose.

    The evaporator: the evaporator is the heat transfer equipment that is absorbed by the refrigerant liquid (in fact boiling) to absorb the heat of the cooling medium.. Its function in the refrigeration system is to absorb heat. In order to ensure the evaporation process can be stable and lasting, we must keep the evaporation of the gas away from the evaporation of the compressor and keep the evaporation pressure.
     Refrigerants: most industrial cooled water chillers used in modern industry use R22 or R407C as refrigerants. The refrigerant is the working fluid in the refrigeration system. Its main function is to carry the heat and realize the heat sink and the heat release when the state change.

Water circulating system:


     The water circulation system is the equipment which takes water from the pump to the user to cool the water from the water tank, the frozen water takes the heat away the temperature rise, then returns to the freezing tank.

Electrical control system:

The electrical control system includes power supply (main circuit) and automatic control part (control circuit). The main circuit part is the power supply through the contactor to the compressor, the fan, the pump and so on. The control circuit includes a temperature controller, pressure protection, delay relays, relays, overload protection and other combinations to achieve the automatic start and stop of the water temperature, protection and other functions.
